What's the role

As a Solutions Manager at Hilti, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Tool Services in Denmark. You will lead the implementation of marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and ensure the long-term success of our software and service solutions Fleet Management and ON!Track. What does the role involve?

As a Solutions Manager, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants and be responsible for driving the success of Hilti’s Tool Park Solutions. You will execute Hilti’s Customer Engagement Strategy to ensure our solutions create value for customers. Your responsibility will include:


  • Leading the team : Coach, develop, and motivate your team to drive high performance and professional growth. You will conduct regular performance reviews, identify development opportunities, and cultivate future leaders and lead by example, selecting a few cases to act with customers.
  • Sales strategy and execution : Develop and implement tactics to increase the number of solution customers in Denmark. You will work closely with marketing and different sales divisions to integrate Fleet Management and ON!Track into their go-to market approach.
  • Consultative sales coaching : Train your team in consultative sales methodologies, enabling them to understand customer pain points and position our solutions as tailored productivity enhancers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, sales and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives and ensure strong market positioning.
  • Customer engagement : Engage with key customers to ensure our solutions deliver tangible business impact, helping them optimize their tool management and digital workflows.
  • Market development and performance optimization : Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and sales data. Track performance metrics, report insights to senior management, and continuously refine strategies to maximize impact.

What you need is:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of management experience in sales-driven or consulting environments, with a proven ability to drive results and business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering tailored, customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
