Intern - Business Process Excellence (m/f/x)

What's the role?

As an Intern in Business Process Excellence, you will assist in defining and implementing methods and platforms that support business partners in achieving optimal business processes and customer experiences. This role involves supporting the Business Process Managers at Hilti with expertise in process management methods and technologies, such as process intelligence.
Start date is now, but flexible to the student's availability, preferably minimum duration of 6 months.

What does the role involve?

The Intern - Business Process Excellence Manager supports several initiatives to drive Business Process Excellence at Hilti. This includes supporting the project to roll out a new Business Process Excellence platform (based on SAP Signavio), which will improve data-driven journey and process management and enable the connection of customer experience and operational data through process intelligence technology.

The CX Impact and Business Process Excellence Team is a corporate function owning the Hilti Global Process Management System and driving Customer Journey orchestration to ensure an impactful implementation of Customer Experience as one key strategic imperative of the new group strategy LEAD 2030. This group of experts strives for supporting Hilti´s operations to achieve business process and customer excellence. This responsibility also includes the bridge between the customer journey perspective and the internal business process view to support CX Excellence initiatives.

What you need is:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study for the internship period
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management principles and methods and Business Process Excellence platforms, such as SAP Signavio or similar tools, would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
