Customer Service Data Quality Intern

What's the role?

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team in Istanbul.
You will be a part of and learn the inner workings of our Customer Service Department.

What does the role involve?

You will work together with the field-based sales force and our support functions in order to provide our customers an outstanding experience.

You'll support the customer service team in process with real responsibilities.

What you need is:

  • Senior or Masters student, preferably in Engineering disciplines,
  • Able to work minimum 4 full days in a week,
  • Have an advanced level of English and native in Turkish,
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge,
  • Previous Internship experience is a plus,
  • Passion for learning and growing,
  • Eager to learn, open to communication, self-motivated, team player,
  • Strong analytical thinking, result oriented,
  • Resident in Istanbul.
