Regional IT Manager

What's the Role?

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional IT Manager for the E5 region, covering the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This role is essential for ensuring the delivery of top-notch IT support and infrastructure in alignment with global IT standards and processes. What does the role involve?

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and develop IT support teams (1st and 2nd level) across the E5 region, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with global standards

Operational Excellence:

Manage IT budgets, oversee local contracts and external providers, and monitor adherence to service-level agreements

Project Coordination:

Implement global IT projects locally, manage change requests, and collaborate with global IT teams

Strategic Alignment:

Identify regional IT needs, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with global strategies

What you need is?

Experience :

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a globally oriented IT team.
  • Proven track record of leading IT support teams for at least 2–3 years

Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher in IT, Engineering, or a related field

Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of IT client infrastructure environments and outsourcing services
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Innovative mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and high learning agility
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed
