Project Account Manager / Akkuyu

Turning Complex Project Needs into High-Value Sales Solutions

As Project Account Manager (PAM) / Energy, you will be visiting large construction jobsites (Nuclear Industry) and be a lead solution consultant for all matters specific to these projects, key customers & provide end to end business support.

It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What You'll do

What does the role involve?

  • Manage assigned large construction jobsites and be a lead point of contact for all matters specific to these jobsites with top-down oversight from inception to completion
  • Develop effective understanding of all relevant applications and suggest right solutions specific to trades
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the value for money proposition
  • Collaborate well with all stake holders at jobsites and drive key initiatives
  • Conduct seminars, product trainings and workshops for customers to raise awareness on new technologies and create understanding of all existing and new Hilti products
  • Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
  • Coordinate and collaborate well with internal stake holders and get things done on time
  • Identify opportunities for growth and suggest action steps to improve business performance
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Sales, Key Account Management, or Construction Project Management
  • Strong understanding of construction project cycles, specifications, and procurement processes
  • Proven experience working with major contractors, EPCs, or large-scale industrial projects (energy and infrastructure project experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Fluent Russian, English, and Turkish — verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver strong results under tight timelines
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to extract insights from data and drive commercial decision-making
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a cross-functional environment
  • High level of business ethics and customer-centric mindset
  • Advanced MS Office skills; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
