What's the role?
The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
Scope: Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.

What do we offer?
Our account managers trainees earn between $46,000 – $55,000 + up to 11.5% in commissions for their first year if all sales goals are met. What you need is:
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
