What's the role?
You will work closely with the local Legal and Compliance Officer in the fields of contracts, disputes, proceedings, corporate matters, compliance, and data protection. Your work is highly important, you will provide legal support to corporate decisions and collaborate with external legal partners regarding labor law cases.

What does the role contain?
- Supporting, working closely with the local legal and compliance officer in the fields of contracts, disputes, proceedings, corporate matters, compliance, and data protection,
- Conducting legal research and contributing to legal assessments of business cases from a variety of legal, compliance and data protection viewpoints,
- Solid knowledge and understanding in employment & labor law – providing legal support to corporate decisions and collaborate with external legal partners regarding labor law cases,
- Contributing to the preparation and reviewing legal documents: contracts, templates, legal opinions, letters, assessments related to sales/commercial, employment, NDAs, DPAs, software, tax, and corporate matters,
- Supporting contracting process (approvals, signature, archiving),
- Staying informed about relevant regulations and supporting practical implementation,
- Supporting data protection and compliance processes, trainings, and cases,
- Supporting localization and roll-out of bylaws.

What we expect:
- University degree in Law (Hungary),
- 1+ years of experience (trainee lawyer and/or experience in-house legal counsel in a multinational corporation is an advantage),
- Professional written and spoken English with good presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information, business driven mindset,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, seeking guidance from senior legal professionals,
- A proactive team player with initiative and drive, who enjoys building relationships with colleagues from various functions of a global company and engaging with stakeholders at all levels,
- Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation,
- Coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner,
- Ability to travel monthly within Hungary for a day assigned to the factory.
