With your in-depth knowledge of mechanical drive development and its mechanical development (including production-oriented design)), you will accompany the complete project process from the initial specification to series production readiness.

What you need is:
- Several years of professional experience in the field of design, simulation or layout of electrical machines
- Completed studies (diploma, master) in the field of mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Advanced knowledge in electrical drives and their design (mechanical & thermal) desirable
- Basic knowledge in FEM simulation (mechanical or fluid mechanics)
- First experience in project management advantageous
- Experience with systematic development methods and the relevant tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high goal-oriented working style
- Team player with excellent communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- German language skills are an advantage
