As a Junior Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, manage office administration, support event organization, coordinate business travel, and assist with document and contract management. What does the role involve?
✔ Front Desk & Office Management
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Full-time presence in the office
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Support in organizing company meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and visitors.
- Schedule and prepare materials for internal meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with contract management, ensuring proper filing and tracking

What you need is:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Management or similar
✅ Fluency in English is mandatory.
✅ Ideally 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, with minimum one year in an office administration role.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
✅ Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
✅ Strong ownership of tasks and thorough follow-up with dedication and responsibility
