WHAT'S THE ROLE?

Hilti Internal Title: Fleet Management Local Process Expert
The role of Marketing Operations Specialist is to own and manage overall Fleet Management processes including testing, implementation, documentation. The role requires proactive behavior to recognize process enhancement opportunities and leadership to lead internal stakeholders (Sales, CCS, Finance, Tool Service Center (TSC), etc.) in correct processes.

Marketing Operations Specialist involves identifying and resolving inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and system-related issues within the Fleet Management system.

  • Problem Identification : Identifying the precise problem and its causes, which may involve system errors or human errors.
  • Impact Assessment : Evaluating the impact and urgency of the problem, considering its effect on the organization, customers, and business performance.
  • Solution Implementation : Developing and implementing solutions, which may involve process changes or system adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement : Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance processes and optimize Premium Tool Park (PTP) utilization.
How does Marketing Operations Specialist  works with and manage other departments? Marketing Operations Specialist at Hilti manages collaboration with other departments through several key responsibilities.

  • Stakeholder Support : The Marketing Operations Specialist supports internal stakeholders, including Sales, CCS (Customer Care Service), Finance, and the Tool Service Center (TSC), to develop and ensure long-term solution sales. They act as a main point of contact for any issues related to FM processes or IT systems.
  • Communication : They communicate with the regional Fleet Management team and regularly exchange experiences with the process community. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage diverse stakeholders across different departments.
  • TSC Collaboration : Frequent visits to the Tool Service Center(TSC) are conducted to manage and optimize Premium Tool Park (PTP) utilization, and to collaborate on various processes requiring TSC involvement.
  • Process Leadership : The role involves proactively driving continuous process improvement, which necessitates collaboration with various departments to implement and monitor FM processes effectively.
  • Cross-functional skills : Marketing Operations Specialist needs strong communication skills to drive diverse stakeholders in different departments.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineering Degree is advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experiences (3-5 years) in operational process management (e.g. process creation/optimization), (experience in construction industry is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in English to have verbal and written communication with regional FM team
  • Strong communication skills to drive diverse stakeholders in different departments
  • High level of knowledge and experience with SAP system
  • Excellent in MS office application
  • Analytical ability with good conceptual understanding to see the big picture and good attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
