What's the role?

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our high performing team in the Hilti Ireland Head Office in Finglas, Dublin 11.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers to drive sales. There is no better time to join us!!

What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our high-performing and supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers. You’ll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value. Who should apply?

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience in a customer focused role with experience in working with KPI’s.

Construction experience is not essential, some of our strongest customer service reps and account managers joined the business with no construction experience.
