What's the role?
Within this crucial role you will further extend and enhance our Software API’s and connectors to 3rd party ERP vendors in order to connect our customers highly relevant data with our Hilti platform SW solution offering. These application solutions and services are based on core business processes supporting our customers in digitalization and bringing productivity to the jobsite. Furthermore, you take over responsibility as Project Manager to continuously deliver and integrate new features, which mostly consists out of hardware components, connectivity interfaces, software application and mobile App support.
Your task will consist of planning in time and budget, organizing, defining of project setup, leading your international project team and reporting figures and results to the management.
You will be the leader and a member of an international and cross-functional development and implementation partner network.
As an expert in project management and deep experience in software platform delivery, you will collaborate within a network of internal and external demand and delivery teams.

What does the role involve?
Having a very high understanding for time to market processes and how to align various and different delivery streams together for integration purposes is crucial for success and delivery results. To ensure the fulfilment of our customer’s needs, you work very closely with our markets organization. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead and coordinate the overall end to end service development, implementation and rollout of this additional service as a new customer solution.

What you need is:
- University degree in Business Technology or Software Engineer, Information Systems Management, or a technical subject with additional business qualification / MBA
- > 5 years of experience in project management and SW engineering / information technology
- Experience with off-shore development and intercultural collaboration
- Forward-thinking innovator with high motivation to make Hilti successful in the “Internet-of-Things” space
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude
- Strong English language skills
