Hilti Outperformer Program - Finance Track

We are looking for the next generation of talent to lead our Company into the future!

Hilti Outperformer is a unique leadership development program, where we will guide and train you while you gain experience participating in international projects with a significant impact on the company. Over two years, you will receive the necessary preparation to take on a global leadership position, placing you at the center of our business model and giving you full responsibility from day one.

What You'll do

The Hilti Outperformer program lasts a total of 2 years. From the very beginning, you will work with colleagues from around the world and learn from your mentor and Hilti's Management Committee.

The program is divided into the following four stages:

Finance Track – Option 1:

· 12 months: Account Manager – Work directly with customers to gain in-depth knowledge of Hilti’s products, services, and software, building a strong foundation for future roles

· 3 months: Finance project – Lead a functional project in areas such as logistics, HR, finance, marketing, or engineering to gain hands-on operational experience

· 6 months: Regional project – Manage a strategic initiative to understand Hilti’s operations at a regional level

· 3 months: International project – Drive a high-impact assignment in a market outside Eastern Europe, developing a global mindset and intercultural skills

Finance Track – Option 2:

· 3–6 months: Accounting & Shared Services rotation

· 6–9 months: Controlling & Reporting rotation

· 3 months: Credit & Collection rotation

· 3 months: Finance project (All rotations based in Prague, CZ)

· 6 months: International Project at the Market Reach Competence Center, Manchester, UK or Kaufering, DE

What You’ll Bring

Our teams are made up of very diverse profiles. It doesn't matter if you've never worked in sales or in the Construction sector, at Hilti success depends on teamwork and each individual's capabilities regardless of their background.

As part of the selection process, you will spend an entire day with a member of our sales team to get first-hand experience of what it's like to work "in the field" and meet current Outperformers in the program.

Requirements

· Master's or MBA students or recent graduates.

· Fluent in English; fluency in local language required for Finance Track Option 1.

· International experience through studies, internships, or initial work experience.

· Between 6 and 24 months of professional experience (internship, scholarship, or first job).

In addition to the specific training you will receive in the four strategic projects during the two-year program, Hilti will provide you with the tools necessary for your future international leadership through a series of courses and events:

Leadership development program: comprehensive learning immersion at the IMD business school in Lausanne (Switzerland).

International summit: 4-5 day stay at our international headquarters in Liechtenstein, participating in various workshops and exposure to the Executive Board.

Social project: 7-8 days "Building a Better Future". A community project on the ground, such as building a house for refugees in Bosnia.

Application & Selection Process

The formal process includes an online interview with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner. From there you will attend interviews with the members of the regional leadership team, a day-in-the-life ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment center in Prague, CZ. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.

Interviews: February-May 2026
Field ride: After interviews In-person
Assessment Center: Exact day to be confirmed
Start Date: Start date flexible between June and October 2026, depending on your availability
