What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
Scope: Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.

•Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach. •Monitor and optimize in-store processes to improve efficiency, including order processing, quotes, and stock management. •Conduct product demonstrations to showcase unique features and maximizing sales opportunities. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention. •Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and maintain a high standard of store presentation. •Contribute to creative marketing initiatives to increase footfall and store visibility

What you need is:

Engineering Degree with at least one year of sales experience Strong proficiency in managing both technical and commercial aspects of customer interactions. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with colleagues across all levels.
