Payroll & HR Admin Specialist

We are currently looking for a Payroll & HR Admin Specialist to join Hilti Baltics' supportive, caring, and performance-oriented team in Riga. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate colleague who wants to develop, enjoys different payroll-related and HR administrative responsibilities, and is ready to provide a high-quality service for all cooperation partners and employees.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Payroll & HR Admin Specialist, you will be part of our HR team in the Baltic. You will be asked to support employees in matters related to payroll management which includes - cooperation with accountants, providing the necessary data for salary calculation including bonus calculation, administration of employee benefits (health insurance, flexible benefits, etc.), personnel management - administrate and maintain personnel data in HR software, manage employees access rights to different systems and make documentation following the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, ensuring legal compliance, monitor and maintain HR policies and company assets, take part in global HR projects and follow internal control system procedures.

Monthly gross salary: 1600 EUR - 1950 EUR; yearly defined bonus system and a 3-level benefit package.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • High accuracy skills and attention to detail;
  • Getting things done attitude;
  • Willingness to learn new things;
  • Latvian and good English skills. Knowledge of Russian will be taken as an advantage;
  • Structural and process-driven thinking;
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to adapt and use different systems;
  • Higher education, preferably, a BA with specialization in HR, business administration, law, finance, or a similar field;
  • Previous work experience in an HR Admin/Payroll Specialist role will be taken as an advantage.
