What's the role?

This position is a unique opportunity to cultivate relationships and drive business growth with our key accounts. If you are self-motivated, diligent and thrive on supporting existing customers and have the drive to captivate and capture new customer partners, this is the role for you!

What does the role involve?

  • Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager, executing a well-defined action plan to meet targets.
  • Strengthen communication channels across all sales functions, including support roles.
  • Attain planned objectives in sales turnover, growth, discount management, key products, product mix, product platform, and fleet management participation.
  • Efficiently manage sales activities through established time and territory management systems, employing application selling techniques, and adept problem-solving.
  • Actively champion and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Manage strategic account development with the key accounts.

What you need is:

  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Valid Australian Driver License.
  • A systematic and goal-oriented sales approach, demonstrating proficiency in identifying key decision-makers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex problem-solving scenarios.
  • Internationally or domestically mobile with the desire to develop and outperform
  • Self-starter mentality with the capacity to manage your own call cycle.
