What's the role?
In this role you will guide a team of 10 people, overseeing quality management across our operational units. Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality standards in daily operations and innovation projects, while driving the development and optimization of the quality management system at our production plant in Schaan.

What does the role involve?
Quality is a strategic priority at Hilti, and in this role, you will play a key part in driving excellence within our production environment. The role covers assistance and supervising of 10 quality engineers in their tasks to implement and ensure quality standards, as well as in process modeling and optimization. Collaborating closely with management and global stakeholders, you will translate their requirements into actionable tasks. Additionally, you will be accountable for safeguarding operational quality KPIs, developing the plant’s quality management system, and managing audits and third-party certifications.

What you need is:
- Technical degree (mechanical engineering, production engineering) preferably with quality management qualification and auditor training
- Proven management expertise with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a global matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cooperative negotiation skills, paired with assertiveness
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and successfully convince partners to implement them
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma), and excellent communication in English
