You will drive Quality across our entire product portfolio, shaping strategic directions and enhancing our Quality Management System.
Our Quality Teams are based in Europe (Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria), Asia (India, Taiwan, Shanghai), META (Dubai) and USA (Texas), Latin America (Mexico).

What does the role involve?
You will implement our quality strategy and drive all aspects of quality management across our diverse local and global oeprations. Your responsibilites will encompass everything from product inception to sales start as well as initiating preventive actions and driving operational enhancements. Your passion for shaping our quality system and approach will be key to your success. What you need is:
- A degree in engineering paired with a strong business acumen
- A proven track record in Quality Management with experience in implementing world-class systems in high-performing environments
- International experience and ideally, some experience in leading teams
- Hands -on experience in mass/ serial production
- Profiency in English (both spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in German
- Readiness to travel internationally (around 20%)
