Hilti Store Representative

What's the Role?

The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

What does the role involve?

  • Operate the Hilti Store efficiently to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide high-level customer service, ensuring a 95%+ order fill rate.
  • Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Hilti products and solutions.
  • Support field sales teams by managing smaller accounts and facilitating product availability.
  • Maintain store inventory, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process orders, returns, and repairs accurately and promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a global organization.
