What's the role?

As the leader of a module of the Holistic Planning, Execution & Network (HPEN) initiative, you will spearhead a critical program within Hilti Global Logistics. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future by designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions. Your role will be pivotal in managing stakeholder communications and driving strategic change across the organization.

What does the role involve?

At Hilti, we are revolutionizing supply chain planning with a world-class end-to-end value-chain concept. In this pivotal role, you will not just witness but actively shape the future of supply chain planning at Hilti. As a key architect, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to design, develop, and implement our pioneering solutions. Your responsibilities will span process, system, and organizational design, all aimed at enabling the new way of working. You will lead a crucial segment of the program, confidently representing our strategic initiatives within the Hilti organization. Your role will encompass stakeholder management, communication, and change management, making you the driving force behind our future success.

What you need is:

  • A master’s degree in supply chain management, International Business, IT or similar.
  • A strong experience in End2End Supply Chain Planning. With a proven track record of driving major strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Advanced Planning Systems and ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
