What does the role involve?
As part of our team, you can expect a varied range of tasks – you will plan, implement, control and evaluate independent system tests and complex measuring tasks for the development and qualification of chemical fastening systems. This also means that you will test systems according to international guidelines and successfully apply your deep expertise.
With your pronounced team orientation, you will support the project teams in the analysis of functional knowledge and mechanisms through targeted development and use of function replacement tests.
In addition to internal cooperation with our international Hilti production and development sites, you will also communicate on an equal footing with external development partners as well as test and approval institutes.
Finally, you will present your work results in project and steering committees, ensuring open and clear communication within the project teams and to management.
We will intensively train during the first few months or weeks and support you both in the challenging professional tasks as well as through coaching and mentoring. This gives you comprehensive insights into the processes of our product development and exposes you to various departments.

What you need is:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, ideally constructive engineering
- Experience in reinforced concrete construction (calculation, testing) and experience with concrete technology and cement chemistry
- Experience with material testing and statistical methods (experience in the field of construction/fixing technology/plugs is advantageous)
- Confident use of Minitab is an advantage
- High affinity for practical activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
- High team orientation with very good communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Fluent in English language - German language skills are an advantage
