What's the role?
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support us in introducing the next level of the IoT Data Model Structure. In doing so, you will gain detailed insight into the entire process flow, from definition to large-scale applications.
You should live within a 50 KM radius of Kaufering to ensure easy commuting.

In our IoT department we develop innovative Embedded Software Solutions, Mobile Apps and Measurement Technologies - through our technologies in application software we take our customers to the next level of the technological progress.
What does the role involve?
- Integration and testing of new IoT devices for Hilti’s Data Driven Services
- Development and execution of functional and non-functional tests throughout the development cycle
- Verification of solutions involving hardware, embedded software, and cloud platforms
- Tracking and documentation of test results to support product development decisions
- Creation of test instructions and guidelines for other test departments
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality testing processes
We have 1,000 of the world’s best engineers developing and testing tomorrow’s technical solutions in our innovation center in Liechtenstein and Kaufering.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in computer science, electrical engineering and/or telecommunications (minimum 4 semesters completed)
- Knowledge of Python, particularly in the context of testing and test automation
- Basic understanding of embedded software development
- Enjoyment of working in an international team environment
- Structured and independent working style
- On-site presence required in Kaufering
- Fluency in English
