The Graduate Program at Hilti is an inclusive and exciting 3.5-year scheme for people at the start of their professional career who want a structured approach to explore possibilities and discover their passions through first-hand experience. You will join a leading, trusted brand and contribute to our purpose of Making Construction Better from day one.

We have designed the Graduate Program to give you an inspiring, engaging and rewarding start to your career. The opportunities for you to learn and grow are as extensive as our product range! You will rotate through a variety of stages, and we will empower you to leverage your strengths and work on new skills for today and the future.

What does the role involve?

The Hilti Graduate Program is a structured and challenging journey designed to give you diverse experiences and prepare you for your future career. The program includes three stages:

  • 18 months sales account manager role
  • 6-month full-time project in functional track
  • 12-18 months pre-landing position in functional track
Throughout the program, you'll receive coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to showcase your work to senior leadership teams. Upon completion, you'll be guranteed a position within Hilti.
The tracks in the Graduate Program include:
  • Sales Leadership
  • Marketing

What you need is:

  • A recent or upcoming 2024/2025 graduate with a Master’s or PhD in finance, marketing, leadership or other related fields.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English is mandatory; applicants without this will not be considered.
  • A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ambition and drive, with a motivation to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • A strong academic track record and a passion for tackling new challenges.
  • A full, clean, manual driving licence.

It means we can pair talent with opportunities - developing our people in their current roles or challenging them to work in new ways or in new places. It’s how we find the right fit and further our teams personally and professionally.

The formal process includes short online assessments, and a telephone interview with our Recruiting Specialist. From there you will attend a first interview with members of the Danish leadership team, a day-in-the-life virtual ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment centre in Manchester. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
