What's the role
Are you ready to fast track your career in a global company with bold ambitions? Hilti's Outperformer Management Program is a two-year international graduate journey designed to prepare you for a future leadership role through real business responsibility, global exposure and continous development from day one. You will rotate across key business areas, beginning in sales and moving into strategic and international projects.
Along the way, you will receive leadership training, coaching from senior leaders and become part of a strong international network of fellow Outperformers. By the end of the program, you will be ready to take on a management role at Hilti.

What does the role involve?
The Outperformer Management Program is a structured and challenging journey designed to give you diverse experiences and prepare you for leadership. The program consists of four key rotations across two years:
- 12 months as an Account Manager in Denmark : Work directly with customers and gain hands on experience with our products, services, and solutions. This provides a strong foundation in Hilti's core business.
- 3 months at our national headquarters in Hvidovre : Lead a project within a functional area such as marketing, human resources, finance or operations.
- 6 months at our Nothern European regional headquarters in Manchester: Take ownership of a strategic project and build a broader understanding of our business across countries and cultures.
- 3 months on an international project outside Nothern Europe: Work on a high-impact assignment in a new market, developing your global perspective and intercultural skills.
Beyond structured learning and professional experience, you will connect with Outperformers from around the world, building a network of peers and leaders that will enrich your career and create lifelong connections.

- Individualized business management training focused on leadership styles, communication skills, and behavioral profiles to strengthen your leadership capabilities.
- Global summit at Hilti's global headquarters in Liechtenstein, focusing on global strategy, teamwork and innovation.
- Social impact project where you participate in a hands-on community initiative, building homes for refugees in Bosnia, alongside your Outperformer cohort.
What you need is:
- You are a recent or upcoming graduate (2024-2026) with a master’s degree in international business, finance, strategy, management, marketing or a related field.
- You have at least three months of professional or international experience, for example through internship, work, or study abroad.
- You are fluent in both Danish and English. This is a requirement; applicants without this will not be considered.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems.
- You are motivated, results-driven and eager to take on projects and drive them to completion.
- You have an excellent academic track record and a passion for tackling new challenges.
