AI Solution Architect

What's the role?

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to join Marketing & Sales Data Infrastructure team.
In this role, you’ll be working on use case driven by the AI Accelerator team.

As an AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design and integration of advanced AI systems that leverage Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocols.

You will architect scalable, secure, and context-aware platforms that enable intelligent agents and LLMs to operate autonomously, adaptively, and responsibly across enterprise environments.

This role bridges deep technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring that AI systems are not only performant but also aligned with business goals, ethical standards, and emerging AI paradigms.

You will collaborate closely with our existing Data Engineering teams, AI Data Engineer and in-house Data Scientists, acting as a bridge between data sources and the advanced analytics and AI solutions being built.

What You'll do

The role involves :

• AI System Architecture: Design end-to-end AI architectures that integrate ML models, GenAI components, agentic frameworks, and MCP-based context management.
• Context-Aware Design: Architect systems that support dynamic context injection via MCP, enabling LLMs and agents to reason and act based on real-time, historical, and semantic data.
• Agentic AI Enablement: Define infrastructure and orchestration patterns for autonomous agents, including memory, planning, tool use, and feedback loops. 
  Generative AI Integration: Lead the implementation of GenAI capabilities (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning) into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Data & Embedding Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers and data scientist to design vector stores, embedding pipelines, and semantic retrieval systems that support AI reasoning.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure AI systems are scalable, resilient, and optimized for latency, throughput, and cost across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Security & Governance: Implement robust security, privacy, and governance frameworks for AI systems, including model access control, auditability, and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.

What You’ll Bring

<table> <tbody><tr> <td> At least 5 years of experience in Data/AI architecture including contribution to GenAI projects
Fluency in English (required for our international environment).

Hard skills :

• Proven experience designing and deploying ML and GenAI systems in production.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, and context management protocols (e.g., MCP).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases
• Expertise in Python, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD for AI.
