Group Reporting Business Partner Large Projects (Corporate FP&A)

Drive impact, shape strategy, and collaborate across 70+ markets from our headquarters in Schaan.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be at the center of Group Finance at our global headquarters in Schaan. As project lead, you will define and implement performance steering KPIs and drive performance management for Hilti’s rapidly growing Large Project Business.
Given the critical importance of large projects within our Middle East and Africa (META) region, you will work in close partnership with regional counterparts and collaborate with stakeholders across the globe.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong financial background, proven expertise in performance steering, and deep experience in large project business, especially in the META region. Success in this role also requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, regional business insights, and strong leadership capabilities.

This full-time role is available as soon as possible.

What You'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of setting up performance steering KPIs for Large Projects globally, with a strong focus on defining, implementing, and rolling out a dedicated Large Project P&L across 70+ Hilti Market Organizations. This P&L will serve as the central performance management tool for our Large Project Business, a key initiative within Hilti’s Lead 2030 Strategy.

Key tasks include:

  • Lead Implementation: Drive the rollout of the Large Project P&L within the defined back-end systems, ensuring efficient month-end closing processes and state-of-the-art reporting.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with key Hilti partners & finance professionals to help them fully leverage the P&L and KPIs to understand and improve performance and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central player, fostering strong collaboration among internal stakeholders and contributors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance current practices to ensure that the Large Project P&L is globally recognized as an effective performance management tool.
  • Performance Reviews: Actively participate in monthly and annual performance reviews with the regional & global Management team focusing on Large Project business & operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • University Degree in Finance (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and an MBA .
  • Minimum 5-7 years leadership experience in Finance and Business Partnering within a multinational corporation in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in managing Large Project Business within the Middle East and Africa.
  • Solid system knowledge, with experience using SAP, specifically SAP Project Systems and SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
