Finance Manager

What's the Role?

The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve set targets, productive growth, ensure compliance and develop people. The role involves leading financial decision-making, developing and guiding the finance team. The job holder needs to have a strong market and business understanding and ability to balance business opportunities and risks.

What does the role involve?

  • Hands-on management of payroll, accounting, collections, and credit departments: includes activity planning, daily operations, and driving operational improvements- Personal involvement in key financial processes – preparing budgets, month-end closing and handling regulatory issues.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with banks, accountants, and external consultants.
  • Ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Team leader of the finance team which includes - credit & collection, payroll, procurement and supplier payments.

What you need is:

  • Certified Public Accountant – Must .
  • High proficiency in business English – Must .
  • At least 2 years' experience as a controller – Must , Industrial company - A significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in managerial roles, with the ability to execute and solve problems independently – Must .
  • Previous Experience in preparing budgets, end month closing, working with VAT and accounting firms – Must .
  • Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime.
  • Previous Experience from a global company – A significant advantage.
  • Internship in one of the Big 4 – A significant advantage.
  • Fluent Hebrew
