What does the role include:

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, channels, engineering, and enabling functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to design sourcing strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and ensure fair, inclusive hiring decisions.

Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted HR partner: driving projects around employer branding, university relations, onboarding, and employee experience, while also contributing to regional initiatives in DEI, sustainability, and engagement.

What you need is:

  • 2-3 + years of experience in talent acquisition/HRBP, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
  • Experience with ATS/Workday and comfortable with new recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (HR certifications a plus).
