We’re seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven HR Business Partner to join Hilti’s HRBP Local and Global Community, where in this pivotal role you will be at the heart of aligning business needs with dynamic HR solutions.

As a HR Business Partner, you will influence and collaborate closely with senior leaders on multiple strategic initiatives, with specific focuses on employee relations, engagement and retention and performance management - all while championing Hilti’s core values.

What does the role involve?

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: You will partner with leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals, while providing
    expertise in organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement impactful people strategies.
  • Talent Strategy Execution: Driving talent management through People Reviews and strategic succession planning, you will also collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier talent and embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in every aspect of your work.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: You will deliver tangible impact by driving strategic initiatives in your areas of responsibility, with a focus on retention, engagement, and performance, while fostering a high-performance culture via effective performance management practices.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing complex employee relations providing expert guidance and conflict resolution, you will provide tailored coaching to elevate leaders and key talent
    in a meaningful way.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will leverage data analytics to identify trends and inform strategy and use engagement insights to shape positive advancements within teams.

What you need is:

Essential:

  • A strong track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals in large, complex organisations
    or another high-growth environment where you have led growth and HR innovation.
  • The ability to lead from the front and set a clear vision, with the willingness to dig into the detail to truly understand the fundamentals of our people and future opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data driven approach to decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment.
  • The willingness to consider overseas relocation and development opportunities in the coming years, to further build your career.
Desirable:

  • A degree level education or equivalent experience (including CIPD qualification).
  • A real grasp of telling stories and influencing strategic decisions through the effective utilisation of data and trend analysis.

Who should apply?

As this is a key senior role, we are looking for a proven HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, HR Director
with a broad depth of experience across the whole employee life cycle.


Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop.
