What's the role?
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Head of Controlling (FP&A Manager) will act as a business partner to demonstrate insight to financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results for the current and strategic business priorities.
In this role, you will influence, collaborate with, and support, numerous stakeholders across the market organization, the Executive Management Team, and regional & global stakeholders. You will proactively respond to business challenges and identify opportunities to drive value from data.

What does the role involve?
- Develop and drive a wide range of financial analysis focused on business trends and evaluation of performance, projections, reports, and create transparency in presentations for senior management.
- Support and facilitate strategic ambition target setting, and play a critical role in the development of strategic initiatives and investment projects.
- Facilitate and lead the business planning process and drive the performance management cycle, including Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimate, target setting and restatement.
- Prepare reports and submit data about financial and business results on a monthly basis and provide consolidated results and management statements
- Lead the Controlling team by creating roadmaps, planning activities, setting objectives and creating an environment for continuous development. Provide coaching and work closely with your immediate to review and improve finance processes, policies and procedures.
- Challenge the status quo, take calculated risks to drive and develop innovation from within. Proactively monitor the external environment and translate relevant trends into the organization, to ensure agility and value creation.

What you need is:
- BSc in related field & Masters degree in Business, Finance or related field desirable
- 3-5 years experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organisation
- High level of competence in Controlling, Reporting or Financial Advisory
- Experience in financial planning and analysis & reporting software preferred (e.g. Tagetik, SAP Analytics, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience in strategy & business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis
- Experience acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Effective communication skills, a strong business acumen together with pro-active behaviour, and conceptual thinking
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for people – actively seeking to develop team members
