We are looking for a passionate BI Expert to join our high-performing team and shape the BI landscape of the region. You will play a crucial role in driving a consistent, single source of truth data across the region, providing full transparency on our business impact and financial results, and driving digitalization and adoption of our BI solutions. Position is regional and you are based in Prague.

What does the role involve?
Create and Enhance our BI Products:
- Design and improve dashboards and reporting tools using SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SSMS, and Power BI to help various departments make informed decisions.
- Use Power Query/Pivot, SSIS and Eclipse to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring our data is always accurate and up to date.
- Develop and implement solutions that automate business processes, making our work smarter, not harder
- Create engaging training materials and lead sessions to teach key stakeholders how to use dashboards effectively.
- Empower our teams to derive actionable insights from the data.
- Dive into data to perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions quickly.

What you need is:
- Higher education (economics/mathematical/technical)
- Good level of SQL knowledge with experience in database development and writing complex queries.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Macros and SAP Analysis for Office, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SAP Analytic Cloud, and Query Designer.
- Experience in data visualization and user experience to extract the best information from data.
- Experience in automating business processes across various areas.
- Ability to independently make decisions and prioritize based on business needs and company strategy while effectively managing projects is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build high-quality communications at all levels.
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
