What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
Scope: Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.

What you need is:
• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree (i.e., Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Construction Management with a structural emphasis)
• Mobile and open to relocation
• Solid analytical skills to analyze results and implement effective strategies
• Successful completion of strengths of materials, concrete and steel classes is preferred
• Results oriented and proactive – able to get things done and achieve targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Eligible to work in the US permanently without sponsorship
• Strong desire to pursue the business aspect of the engineering profession
The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the application geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current pay rate is $60,000 plus bonus.
