What does the role involve?
Problem solving, Innovation and collaboration are the core components of your new role as a Field Engineer → Civil/Structural. This customer focussed and autonomous role will see you providing technical support and facilitating the delivery of sales within specified products to Hilti's salesforce and customers.
You will enjoy the scenery of this beautiful country as you travel from customer site to customer site, using your car as your office, although we would be delighted to see you at Head Office from time to time. This role is highly collaborative, working with our close-knit team offering support, solutions, and technical excellence. This position capitalises on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products while adding value by assisting the design community and influencers in solving design problems using Hilti Products.
This may include the following:
- Visiting jobsites and company offices with or without salespeople or strategic business personnel to assess application problems, opportunities, and provide technical education and solutions
- Participate in local sales strategy development and at sales management review and improve sessions

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant engineering experience in design/specification or job site
- Experience in (technical) sales preferred
- High level of personal drive and willingness to succeed
- Full working rights in Ireland
- A full, manual driver’s license
