What's the role?
Join us as an intern in our Human Resources IT team and you will work on exciting projects to enable the acquisition, engagement, and development of Hilti’s global workforce. As a member of our international and multidisciplinary team you will gain experience in global IT project and solution management, improve your practical expertise, and solve real-life challenges in an international enterprise.
The start date for the internship is flexible to the student's availability with a duration of at least 6 months. A part-time engagement or combination with a final thesis project is possible.

As an intern in the Human Resources IT team you will be part of this ambitious yet rewarding journey. In close cooperation with experienced colleagues in Global IT and multidisciplinary project teams, you will build and manage a target-oriented and engaging IT solution portfolio to take our people processes to next levels. A structured approach, proactiveness, and hands-on mentality will make you a problem solver who identifies technical solutions that respond to business requirements. You will provide global system support and continuously enhance system and process capabilities. Your own viewpoints as a young talent, backed up by research on latest trends and techniques, will be integral to ensure value add of our corporate HR Information Systems offering.

What you need is:
- You are currently enrolled in Bachelor, Master, or PhD studies in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- You bring high IT affinity and first experience in project management, event management, or human resource management
- Your strategic approach and good problem-solving skills are paired with proactiveness and a hands-on mentality
- You have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English
- You are eager to learn and challenge yourself
