Regional Manager, Inside Sales

Through conducting regional sales meetings, product launch meetings, team member development discussions, and partnering with field and corporate partners, you will review and assess additional revenue opportunities and drive customer engagement while being committed to developing a high-performing team.

What You'll do

As a Regional Manager, you will be accountable for planning, developing, and maintaining the profitable operation of assigned inside sales account managers as a means to maximize value creation for internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the development and coaching of your team members, ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities that they need to succeed and grow at Hilti.

What You’ll Bring

College degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
1-2 years in a position that includes managerial/leadership experience
Minimum 1 year field Account Manager experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change, adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment on a regular basis
Ability to gather appropriate information and analyze it to develop & implement effective strategies
Mobility required
