What You'll do
<span style=" display:block;">Cybersecurity is a strategic priority at Hilti, and we’re investing in the next generation of talent to help shape our future. The Cyber Security Career Starter Program is designed to develop recent graduates for permanent cybersecurity roles in our global team.
</span><h5>Available roles include:</h5>
- Digital Business Analyst: collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to embed security into our processes and technology in areas like risk management and security consulting.
- Identity Engineer: design secure identity and access management solutions to protect sensitive data.
- Cybersecurity Engineer: detect and prevent cyber threats across our systems and networks.
- Preplanned rotations based on your future role.
- Hands-on project work across different cybersecurity teams.
- Role-specific technical training, mentoring, and personal coaching.
- Flexible start date based on your availability
What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- No more than two years’ working experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
- Passionate about building a cybersecurity career.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
