After Market Specialist

What's the role?

As an After Market Specialist you will perform activities related to the provision of after-sales services to customers and ensure the smooth flow of tool repairs as well as related activities (e.g. recycling). You will also participate in activities related to the Fleet service and take care of managing and maintaining orders related to repair services.

What does the role involve?

Your main duties will include:

  • Support and cooperation with all sales channels in matters related to After Market services and Fleet
  • Creation and management of customers’ orders as well as regular communication with customers
  • Receiving and resolving customer complaints in SAP By Design system.
  • Extracting data from relevant systems, preparing reports, monitoring customer service KPI's;
  • Regular communication and cooperation with relevant persons in Regional Tool Services Center
  • Participation in the annual inventory of goods
  • Supervising and controlling transport and delivery of tools in repair and Fleet tools
  • Responsibility for the process of managing and physically destroying tools at the service center and Fleet tools after the expiration of the contract
  • Providing feedback to customers and sales team
  • High level of cooperation with all departments (logistics, sales, finance, marketing)

What you need is:

  • High school degree, University degree will be considered a plus
  • At least 2 - 3 professional experience (experience in the related are will be considered as an advantage)
  • High motivation level, team player, attention to detail and result orientation
  • High commitment proven in previous work experiences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of courage
  • High level of integrity
  • Proficiency in Croatian (advanced/native) and English (at least Intermediate level)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driver’s license B
