As a result of a fantastic promotion, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for our sales & market reach functions, including early careers programs.
In this role you will have full autonomy, partnering closely with directors, hiring managers and HRBPs to understand their business & develop proactive resourcing strategies to fulfill current & future hiring needs.

What does the role involve?
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your dedicated business areas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection & offer management
- Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers & HRBPs to understand talent requirements & provide consultation on talent acquisition best practices
- Build & maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates within our talent relationship management system (Beamery) through proactive sourcing strategies, talent networks, employee referrals & partnerships with key universities
- Take the lead for volume and graduate assessment centres, with responsibility for candidate attraction & delivery
- Bring our employer value proposition to life through every candidate interaction, showcasing what Hilti has to offer for prospective candidates
- Utilise recruitment metrics & data analytics to track, evaluate & communicate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations & internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process
- Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices - be a true diversity ambassador
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time to hire and increase candidate experience

What you need is:
- Full cycle in-house recruiting experience
- Demonstrable stakeholder management & influencing experience at a senior level
- Proven track record of proactive sourcing from the passive market
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, local employment laws & regulations
- Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn recruiter & social media platforms
- Passion for reporting & data mindset to bring insights to key business leaders
- Confidence to challenge the status quo & bring new ideas
- Excellent communication skills including presenting to large groups (e.g Assessment centers, career talks, interview training)
- Development & growth mindset; eager to progress within talent acquisition
- Willingness to travel nationally once a month minimum
