Your key responsibilites (will be):
- Develop and support our team leaders across diverse functions, guiding them through their HR-related challenges.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and participate in the selection process.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, particularly in attracting women to sales positions.
- Play a vital role in setting and evaluating individual employee goals and career paths.
- Proactively seek ways to attract top talent to Hilti, including partnerships with universities.
- Drive improvements in local HR processes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic HR discussions.
- Engage in international HR projects.
