What's the role?

As an HR Business Partner at Hilti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our team leaders and employees. You will be a trusted partner throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development and beyond. Working closely with our dynamic HR team, you will contribute to building a culture of care and high performance.

Your key responsibilites (will be):

  • Develop and support our team leaders across diverse functions, guiding them through their HR-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and participate in the selection process.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, particularly in attracting women to sales positions.
  • Play a vital role in setting and evaluating individual employee goals and career paths.
  • Proactively seek ways to attract top talent to Hilti, including partnerships with universities.
  • Drive improvements in local HR processes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic HR discussions.
  • Engage in international HR projects.
