What's the role?
In our global procurement organization with > two billion CHF purchased material you will consult with and support strategic category managers across different business units and plants to ensure compliant and high-quality processes. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge into our business processes and systems and will report your findings directly to the senior management. You will be part of a dynamic global team and will contribute to take Hilti Procurement to the next level of digital operational excellence.

What does the role involve?
You are the first point of contact for consultancy and advisory services to strategic category managers globally. Your role will involve tracking the outcomes of procurement negotiations across all purchase segments and monitoring supplier performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure consistency and transparency in the results by conducting data cleaning and analysis, generating dynamic reports, presenting findings to management, and guiding subsequent actions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement of strategic initiatives, leveraging benchmarking across teams to identify and define best practices for the organization.
Last year alone, we launched around 60 new products on the market. This also includes new services and software.

What you need is:
- Proven experience with Power BI
- University degree in business Engineering, Business Administration; Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analysis or similar
- 5 years relevant professional experience
- Excellent analytical skills and affection for numbers
- Affinity for IT systems, experience with ERP and Procurement systems are a plus
- Ability for interdisciplinary teamwork, project management and stakeholder management
- Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English
