What's the role?
We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Facilities Specialist to join our warm and dynamic team, in Hilti’s Head Office Manchester.
This is a fast paced and multi-faceted operational role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the end to end maintenance of Hilti’s Head Office
You will also be responsible for promote a culture of safety through actions, communications and behavioural-based leadership whilst monitoring compliance and highlighting areas for improvement.

What does the role involve?
As the Facilities Specialist, some of your key tasks will include:
- Dedicated to managing the Head Office facilities
- First point of contact for facilities topics at Head Office
- Manage Head Office health, Safety and fire arrangements
- Manage Head Office maintenance & cleaning
- Manage Head Office catering
- Support the business in the activation of events at Head Office
- Organise and host the Head Office Operation Meetings
- FM Team admin support & inbox
- Liaising with Service Providers and Suppliers
- Project Management support
- Administration of security, post and stationary for head office
- Incoming mail
- Arrange courier services, deliveries and collections for head office
- Access passes - Coordinate ad-hoc FM services (Security, Cleaning, Canteen/Hospitality, Waste Disposal, etc.)

What you need is:
- Minimum 3 years’ facilities management experience in a role successfully balancing a broad range of tasks
- Ability to craft exceptional customer experience
- Comfortable with IT systems, especially MS Office and MS Teams
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Experience dealing with contractors and suppliers
- Further education and language skills an asset
- Facilities Management Experience
- Core Working hours in the Head Office are 8.30am – 4.00pm, 4 out of 5 days
- Customer service minded person
