What's the role?
As a Technical Knowledge Management Associate in the Flows team, you will be responsible for managing and sharing the knowledge the technical Flows team creates.
You will help the team manage and maintain the main knowledge repository (Confluence) and ensure that all the documentation is up to date and relevant.
You will also support the team manage Jira, the Agile Project Management software used. Within a team of technical architects and developers, you will also be responsible for knowledge-gathering and sharing across the team to ensure better collaboration.

The purpose of the role is to provide the team member with an on-the-job learning experience as they complete their education and begin a career.
You will be joining a highly diverse and innovative team that is responsible for building complex solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in order to send communication to clients around the world.
The team is made up of architects and developers with experience in front and back-end development, data architecture and development, Cloud technologies, Agile principles and SDLC.

What you need is:
• You are either studying or graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Systems, Information Technology or similar
• Fluent in english
