What's the role?
It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Engagement Marketing management team to be the first contact for digital marketing and sales forces at Hilti! At Hilti, we are redesigning the future of digital and are looking for new team members who will be an integral part of our digital transformation journey. As a team knowledge manager, you will work in a multicultural, collaborative, fun and agile work environment; you will support people on administrative/operational activities within the internal team.

What does the role involve?
As a knowledge manager who accompanies people on administrative/operational activity within the internal team, you will interact with the entire team to build a better knowledge sharing platform and report to the PM team leader (first) and work directly with the teams to support administration and integration. This is a very interactive role in coordinating activities with the teams. You would be responsible for, among other things, updating all of our documentation, redesigning the information sharing platforms, working with all of the team’s topic experts to fill in the missing documentation on specific topics. You would support the team on the implementation and use of this new platform.
With Engagement Marketing we are actively reshaping the concepts of marketing and sales at Hilti in the future. And if it were not enough, this will all happen from a newly established global Digital Marketing and sales team, located in a new best-in-class office in Paris / Boulogne-Billancourt (full relocation in 2019).

What you need is:
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal
- Experience in animating workshops of ideas and brainstorming
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite i. e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good Communication & Document Writing Skills
- Ability to influence others and support teams in a caring way
- Problem-solving skills – in particular around better working methods
- Basic knowledge of Confluence & Sharepoint
