Engagement Marketing Project Manager

Engagement Marketing Project Manager who will be responsible for developing marketing strategy and go to market plans at a global level for a diverse range of products to support our growth strategy. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product and sales teams as well as other Marketing functions.

This position must be able to influence global brand strategy and link it to regional activities, coordinating country teams, taking into account global guidelines, combined with a deep understanding of each country's needs to deliver unique brand experiences. Engagement marketing project managers are brand value builders, their focus is to put the consumer at the center by creating and executing plans that influence consumers' perception of our brands and harness strategy and creativity to achieve it.

Develop a deep understanding of our products, their functionalities, and the value provided to our clients. Maintain close relationships with Sales and Product teams to detect communication opportunities. Own all communication channels, maintaining a predictable flow of information about product and marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels.
  • Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve stakeholders.
  • Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple individuals.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at working in a cross-functional, matrix organization to project manage and deliver results.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously for different teams targeting different audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Spanish, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to operate flexibility in complex and dynamic working environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to empower and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Team player with the ability and desire to work out problems when they occur.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization.
