What's the role?

Starting annual base salary: £23,050 and an annual bonus at target of: £1,500.

We’re looking for a Customer Care Handling Specialist to join our Customer Services team in Manchester. But this is no ordinary role, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?

As a customer Care Handling Specialist, you will operate with autonomy whilst being offered plenty of responsibility. Your role will be to Process all CCNs (Customer Care Notifications) that have not been resolved and Courier reports at first point of contact in an efficient, timely and professional manner.


Your role will be to support all other departments and field-based personnel by providing detailed and accurate feedback regarding complaints to achieve departmental objectives by resolving all invoice enquiries and promoting the CCH service through all MCS channels with a positive attitude.


This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong-minded character with drive and ambition.

What you need is:

  • Good IT skills, preferably with knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in complaint resolution and problem solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communicator at all levels for internal and external customers
  • Strong team player, able to give and receive constructive feedback whilst creating a good working environment
  • A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
  • Pro-active and quick learner with the ability to solve problems and adapt to ongoing change.
