With your previous experience in approval and certification, you will have a direct influence on the development of our innovative products in the areas of power tools, household appliances and measuring and direct fastening devices. What does the role involve?
Increasing demands in our development projects require timely implementation of worldwide approvals for the devices assigned to you. This is done in coordination with our marketing and product development.
You will independently create approval concepts and coordinate approval activities with external bodies. Close cooperation with international Hilti sites, suppliers, development partners and international testing and approval institutes round off your range of tasks.
The advertised position is a development position: the tasks described above will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate and develop your management skills. If suitable, further development into a position with higher responsibility is possible.

What you need is:
- University Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in product approval or certification
- Ideally knowledge of functional safety of software or electronics
- Team player with strong communication skills
- High degree of self-reliance, analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Courage to drive topics forward and the will to succeed
- Very good knowledge of English and willingness to travel (max. 10%)
