What does the role involve?
The goal of our Accelerated Leadership Program is to give future leaders a strong technical sales foundation that will allow for eventual development into a leadership role.
Program at a Glance:
- 15-18 month development program that includes foundational learning, hands-on product experience, customer sales experience, and exposure to field sales (customer visits, territory coverages)

What you need is:
- Current senior pursuing an engineering degree
- Graduating in fall 2023 or spring 2024
- Open to relocation across the Eastern US
- Solid analytical skills to analyze results and implement effective strategies
- Results oriented and proactive – able to get things done and achieve targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Eligible to work in the US permanently without sponsorship
- Strong desire to pursue the business aspect of the engineering profession
