What does the role involve?
As an IT Recruiter, you are fully in charge of the life cycle of our hiring processes, from the identification of our business need to the selection of the right candidate. You are the one point of contact for the candidates all along the process, acting like a true coordinator with the different stakeholders in the process and being a representative of our strong culture to the candidate. You are actively sourcing on our different platforms to find passive candidates and you will be requested to challenge our practices to ensure we are always following top notch trends in relevancy with our business & requirements.
Our Strategic Marketing team at our three locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, Schaan, Liechtenstein and Texas, USA, consists of300+ team members in 11+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is:
- Graduated with a bachelor, you have a 2 to 3 years’ experience in the talent search in the very challenging IT/ Software/ Digital area; or you are coming from a digital expertise and want to switch to the recruiter side
- Fluent in English & French (both writting and speaking)
- Solution oriented, always keen on finding the best way to find talents & challenge our practices
- Passionate with people & a strong team player
- Curious, enthusiastic & proactive !
