What does the role involve?
You will play a central role in the indirect procurement team in our Plant in Schaan. We act as a service provider for our production units, our own tool shop and other Hilti plants around the world.
Key responsibility is the further development of the category – cold forming tools components. Among tactical tasks such as benchmarking or supplier selection for new projects your tasks will also include the future strategic shaping of your category, supplier negotiations and the build-up of a supply network for other Hilti manufacturing plants around the globe. You will also drive optimization projects in the portfolio together with the Engineering, production and quality teams.

What you need is:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial management (others will be considered)
- Experience and interest in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and ability in stakeholder management
- Ability to handle large amount of information with special attention for detail
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German
