Implementation and Care Specialist

What the role ?

The Implementation and Care Specialist (ICS) is one of the key pillars of our ON!Track service and will assist in growing and supporting any existing and/or future software product and service with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti.

What does the role involve?

The Implementation & Care Specialist (ICS) is responsible for travelling to customer jobsites  / warehouses to manually tag customer assets, commodities and consumables with Hilti ON!Track Asset Management System tags. You will be responsible for entering asset data into a customer-facing database using both a desktop and smartphone-based system.

Furthermore, you will train customers on the use of both desktop and smartphone ON!Track applications – from entering asset data themselves to using the system to best help their daily work. You will be required to work hand in hand with both the ON!Track Consultants and Back Office/Software and Service Specialists to ensure a smooth transition within every steps of the selling process

In addition to the Implementation & Care Specialist role, you will also take on the responsibility of being the Local Process Expert for Hilti Saudi Arabia. You will manage the matrix of local team members and collaborate with different stakeholders in the market organization such as Market Reach, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service as well as the Regional Process Expert. This position requires you to provide coaching and support to our Sales and After Market Services teams to build competency with a focus on customer experience and engagement. Finally, you will analyze and communicate issues or opportunities for process improvements to be able to co-ordinate actions with the relevant teams (local & regional).

What you need is ?

  • Bachelor's Degree; degree in IT is preferable
  • Strong communication across all levels and functions
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage operational aspects & training
